Anzac Biscuits

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup flour
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup desiccated coconut
  • 125 grams of butter
  • Handful white chocolate
  • ½ teaspoon of baking soda
  • ¼ cup golden syrup 

 

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 175 degrees
  • Place all dry ingredients in one bowl (minus baking soda)
  • Mix dry ingredients together
  • Place butter and syrup into a pot to melt
  • Grab a bit of warm water and mix with baking soda
  • Place baking soda mixture into the pot
  • Add pot mixture to the dry ingredients bowl and mix
  • Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture onto baking sheet
  • Place it in the oven for 12-15 minutes
  • Take biscuits out of the oven and let it cool
  • DONE!
