Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 125g Butter

  • ¼ Cup Sugar

  • 3 Tbsp Condensed Milk or Choc Spread or Honey

  • 1 ½ Cups Flour

  • 2 Drops Vanilla Essence

  • ½ Cup Chocolate Chips

  • 1 Tsp Baking Powder

 

Directions:

  • Line a baking tray with baking paper.

  • Use an electric mixer to combine butter, sugar, condensed milk. Beat until it’s light and fluffy.

  • Sift and mix in flour and baking powder.

  • Mix in chocolate chips.

  • Roll dough into small balls. Place on a baking tray and squish down with a fork. 

  • Cook in a preheated oven (180 degrees) for 20 minutes until golden.
