Pinwheel Scrolls

What You’ll Need:

Dough

  • 2C Flour
  • 4tsp Baking Powder
  • 1tsp Salt
  • 60gm Butter
  • ¾ C Milk

Filling

  • 70gm Melted Butter
  • ⅓ Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1Tbsp Cinnamon

 

How to Make It:

  • Sift dry ingredients
  • Add butter, rub the butter through the dry ingredients until the butter has combined with the dry ingredients to form crumb (make sure you wash your hands before)
  • Add milk, stir until just combine. Do not over stir
  • Add some flour to your working bench and knead the dough together. 
  • Roll your dough out until its flat and around 3cm in thickness
  • To make the filling: 
  • Add all ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine. Pour filling into your dough and roll the dough. Cut into segments. 
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15mins on 200c
