Naz rose to fame as the runner up on the second season of The Bachelor NZ, becoming well-known for her competitive streak. She describes herself as sassy, confident and big-hearted.
Despite dipping her toe into dance at high school, Naz feels very much thrown in the deep end as a contestant on Dancing With The Stars. Her signature dance move would be “anything involving a hair flip really! I love my long, black hair!”
Born in Iran, Naz moved to New Zealand with her family at a young age. She is passionate about fitness and well-being, working as a fitness model with a strong social media following. The self-described ‘gym bunny’ loves weight training, kickboxing and bodybuilding.
Naz is excited to be a part of the contestant line up for 2018, saying “I've always watched Dancing With The Stars and it just looks like so much fun! It's an opportunity for the public to see the real me as I am. I love a challenge and knowing we are dancing for charity makes it even more special.”
Naz will be dancing for Make A Wish Foundation, which is a charity close to her heart: “I absolutely love children and I believe every single one deserves to be happy. To see there is an organisation out there helping big dreams come true for kids is incredible. Every little dream that comes true makes the biggest difference for these beautiful kids’ lives. Let's make it happen team!”
