Known for his quick wit and wry humour, Mark Richardson is one of the country’s busiest TV presenters. Seen each weekday morning on Three’s The AM Show, he also has regular weekly appearances on The Project and is a cricket commentator on Spark throughout the summer.
"With a year off our screens and the housing market continually rising, it's clear that New Zealanders can't wait for The Block NZ to kick off. This season we have some of the most experienced and design savvy teams that I have ever seen. But we also have some of the biggest houses, in an upmarket area of Auckland where buyers expect excellence. As always the teams are going to need to work hard, think strategically and be prepared for the unexpected."
Mark played 15 years of first-class cricket and five years of test cricket, including 38 test matches for the Black Caps until his 2004 retirement. His 2006 book, Mark Richardson: Thinking Negatively, was written with sports psychologist Alex McKenzie, taking sports psychology to a wider audience.
